Individual Accessibility Support
Athletes with disabilities and families with accessibility or special-support needs can request individualized help. BLWE reviews each request and works to coordinate reasonable one-on-one support and accommodations when available.
Flexible Family Arrangements
When appropriate, families can ask about deposits, split payments, pay-as-you-go structures, checks by arrangement, sponsor-supported access, scholarships/comps, or a written payment schedule instead of assuming one checkout method is the only option.
School + Team Flexibility
Schools and teams can discuss custom payment timing tied to budgets or season milestones, including approved split-payment structures such as part upfront and the remaining balance later. Terms are confirmed in writing before services begin.
Written Arrangements Protect Both Sides
Custom BLWE payment arrangements are reviewed individually and documented in writing. Where appropriate, agreements may be prepared or reviewed with BLWE legal support. PayPal Pay Later and other PayPal credit products are separate third-party products subject to PayPal eligibility, approval, and terms.

Cost Should Not Automatically End the Conversation
BLWE accepts secure card checkout and PayPal on selected charges. PayPal Pay Later and PayPal financing / line of credit are available to eligible customers, so families can budget funds and still book sessions. If online payment is not workable, ask about a written arrangement below.
Need a Different Arrangement?
BLWE is intentionally flexible. Families, individual athletes, schools, and teams can ask about deposits, pay-as-you-go structures, split payments, written payment arrangements, scholarship/comp support, sponsor-supported access, or other reasonable schedules when available. School and team arrangements may also be structured around season budgets or agreed milestones. Every arrangement is reviewed individually and confirmed in writing before services begin.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to blwellc@belikewaterexposure.net or through the BLWE refund request form.
