Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to blwellc@belikewaterexposure.net.
Refund eligibility may depend on the program, event date, expenses already committed, and whether the athlete attended or participated.
BLWE reserves the right to issue full, partial, or no refunds based on the posted policy for each event or service.
Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the requester in writing.
