BLWE was founded by Ali Saber Alaboody, a former Division I football athlete with experience in football camps, combines, recruiting, training, and athlete development.

Depending on the event, athletes may participate in verified testing, speed and agility work, position drills, football movement evaluation, recruiting education, mentorship, and development-focused feedback.
