Speed & Strength Development

The Training Is Free.
The Coaching Is What You Pay For.

Be Like Wat3r Exposure publishes its full four-phase development program and guide library at no cost. Most athletes do not fail because they lack information — they fail because nobody is measuring their work, correcting their movement, or holding them to a plan. That is what a coach is for.

1 · Learn

Use the free BLWE guides and vetted outside education to understand the work.

2 · Train

Follow the four-phase speed and strength framework with a clear baseline and progression.

3 · Get Coached

Choose virtual guidance for ongoing structure or in-person mentorship for hands-on correction.

The Program

Four Phases, Fourteen Weeks

This is the structure a BLWE coach guides you through. The material is free to read and follow on your own. The coaching exists because most athletes need someone checking the work.

  1. Phase 1Weeks 1–2

    Establish the Baseline

    Measure before changing anything.

    • Record current 40-yard, shuttle, vertical, and broad jump with consistent method
    • Film a front, side, and rear movement screen
    • Log training history, injury history, and current schedule honestly
    • Identify the two limiting factors, not the ten you could list
  2. Phase 2Weeks 3–6

    Fix Position Before Adding Speed

Speed applied to bad positions produces injuries, not results.

    • Ankle, hip, and trunk positioning drills at low intensity
    • Acceleration mechanics from a two-point and three-point stance
    • Deceleration and change-of-direction landing control
    • Strength base: hinge, squat, push, pull, carry — technique before load
  3. Phase 3Weeks 7–12

    Build Usable Power

    Convert strength into football-speed output.

    • Short-distance max-intent sprints with full recovery
    • Jump and throw work for rate of force development
    • Loaded strength progression against Phase 2 baselines
    • Position-specific movement patterns at game tempo
  4. Phase 4Weeks 13–14

    Retest and Report

Prove the change with the same method used in Phase 1.

    • Retest every Phase 1 metric under identical conditions
    • Compare film side by side against the original screen
    • Write the honest gap: what improved, what did not, what is next
    • Decide whether verified testing is warranted yet

Straight Answers

Questions Parents Ask

Is the training material free?
Yes. Every BLWE guide and the full four-phase program structure are free to read on this page. You are paying for a coach to walk you through it, correct your movement, and hold you to the plan — not for access to information.
What is the difference between the two tiers?
Virtual guidance is monthly video coaching at $49 per month and can be cancelled at any time. In-person mentorship is $75 per session, booked one session at a time, and happens on-site in Michigan.
Can I do both?
Yes. Many athletes carry the monthly virtual subscription for programming and consistency, then book in-person sessions when something needs hands-on correction.
Do you guarantee a scholarship, offer, or specific time improvement?
No. No honest program can. BLWE guarantees coaching, measurement, and an accurate report of what changed. Results depend on the athlete's work, training age, and genetics.
Does enrolling get my athlete recruited?
No. This is athletic development, not recruiting exposure. Development and exposure are separate services, and anyone selling them as the same thing is overselling.
How do I cancel the monthly subscription?
Email BLWE and it is cancelled before the next billing date. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no requirement to explain why.
